Granted, I'm on a budget (as is the rest of the nation), so I'm going to attempt to find fairly wallet-conscious bargains...but of course still cute :)
We'll start with shoes, because you can always spice up a plain outfit with some fun footwear!
Nothing says summer shoe to me like a wedge or espadrille. (Some may argue that flip-flops are the essential summer footwear choice, but I don't wear flat shoes except while walking the dog.)
